my inks are the Ultrachrome K3. it prints from all heads because I have to replace all colors eventually, though usually 3 blacks for every color one. I've honestly never really looked into do anything different because it hasn't affected me (not that I know of, though I'm sure there has been instances) and at this point, unless someone has experience with Wasatch, I'm out of luck because their CS is the worst. It will cost me $150 just to talk to them....probably need to go back to the drawing board and figure out what I need to do to get this to print the way it should

Nope.. just a refillable cartridge, chip resetter and some ink.

Fill the cart with the ink, reset the chip and put it in your printer. When the cart gets low, take it out, refill it, reset it then back into the printer.

If you don't want to deal with refilling and whatnot.. then just buy new carts loaded with ink..

Get AccuInk from Chromaline and you'll be done messing around with it!

Yes, we've won our share of awards, and yes, I've tested stuff and read the scientific papers, but ultimately take everything I say with more than just a grain of salt! So if you are looking for trouble, just do as I say or even better, do something I said years ago!

I got a set of 8 black cartridges for my 4800 at the AC show from Performance Screen. They had a 50% off show special for $300. Not sure if they will still honor the special being that the show is over, but wouldn't hurt to call.
