As opposed to a functioning screen room with normal walls? Though it's cool, I can think of better things to do with the time and money. But, source out the materials and labor and see what it takes...

at least it would be easy to see if your screen guy was just hanging out in the dark room ;)

UV blocking poly carbonate sheeting  can get expensive depending on how much you need. the rest of the structure is just wall posts and a ceiling.

Their booth is expensive as it's designed to be taken apart, stored in a crate and moved show to show.

I was just recently in a local plastics distributor and the retail on a 4x8 of UV blocking plexi,
(they sell it to museums for covering displays and art) was approx. $250.

Totally impractical.

Build it with regular polycarbonate and add mini-blinds.     ;)

I assume you're wanting it see through and not just a room like so why not use the cheapest plexi or whatever type of material you can for the walls and then get a window tint company to come in and slap some cheap UV blocking tint.  Would be cheap and serve the purpose.  Probably wouldn't cost much more than a few thousand bucks and would look awesome.
