Printing Fleece 50/50 with Next Gen Cotton white
« on: November 01, 2017, 08:19:59 AM »
We are about to print some Gildan 18500 hoodies (black) with white ink. It is really cold in the shop and I can get the Nex Gen flowing pretty well vs the Poly which is really stiff. We've never had an issue with the black fleece bleeding. Should we be ok using the cotton white?  Thanks

I feel like I used the cotton white on 18500 last year at some point without a problem. I can't quite remember if it was the poly or cotton ink, but I've used a bunch of different whites on 18500 before and I don't think I ever had a bleeding issue. They hold up pretty well.

I was just going thru our white inks, because we are about to print some Gildan crew fleece 50/50 cardinal, trying to dicide which would be best wilfex epic amazing white, one stroke ELT white or WM plastics bright HO LB white.   Never tried the Next Gen Cotton white, trying to keep inks here that move from 100% to 50/50 with a gal of 100% poly for those wicking shirts, now tell me whats so easy about screen printing LOL ;D
