Barudan alignment issue - need some help
« on: November 03, 2017, 12:21:21 PM »
Top pic is a flat knit hat, bottom is a flexfit. This only happens with the hat jigs on. Any ideas what to check? I'm at a loss...thanks

that's the problem, this is the same file -it skips / moves that letter to that off position!  only change is putting hat attachments on. We tried running it in hat mode, flats, no change.... it's hit and miss now. We are able to run on heads 1 and 2 ok, it's head 3 and 4 so I'm wondering if there's something with the jigs..I don't really know how tight the metal band needs to be on them. And of course my local tech is out of town...I don't know what else to look at.

Front band tight so no movement back tight but no excessive.

Same you sure looked different.

The hat mechanism all tight on each head??

Barudan called, he thinks it may be the roller at the bottom of the driver attachment, sure enough they were loose enough to need adjustments. We have two heads running now, when they are done I'll give it a shot, hopefully that was it. Thanks! J
