What size boxes are you using to repack shirts?
« on: February 06, 2018, 01:42:03 PM »
We want to start printing our own boxes to use when shipping customer orders.  I would like to have a size box that will fit 50-72 shirts as well as something that will fit maybe 24-36.  What sizes do we need and where is the best place to find these at a reasonable price.
Thanks

Uline actually has three t-shirt size boxes , they basically match the gildan boxes we use

21 3/8 x 15 5/8 x 12 5/8 the most

21 3/8 x 15 5/8 x 9.5 second

I'm not sure why they aren't rounded up in size but they work well

If you can not pick up at Uline, they are pricey.....Look for a local supplier or look at www.Staples.com

I’ve never known anyone to get free shipping from Uline.
How did you arrange that?

I don't know if you can set it up, but they have coupon codes for it all the time.

We use a local paper wholesaler for our boxes, free delivery over $150 worth. We buy packaging/boxing/plastic bags etc from them.

Our standard box 21.5 X 17.5 X 13 for example in lots of 50 is $1.33 each.
