Just finished up printing a short run of skate decks and figured I'd share some process photos:

Custom stretched low tension frame
280 mesh
Cryocoat emulsion
Nazdar 2700 (now 4700) water based ink

Been in the industry since 1996.  5+ years with QCM Inks.  Been a part of shops of all sizes and abilities both as a printer and as an Artist/separator.  I am now the Ink and Chemical Product Manager at Ryonet.

Nice work, I still have one here of a run I must have printed 20 years ago. That hacked squeegee would have been helpful to me.

Love this!  I was a skateboarder in my former life, still love it today even though I am old and can no longer do it!  Would love to print some, where do you get blank boards, I want to do this with my logo on it.
