Lower Cost Paper Cutter Options?

Hey Monkey:
I need to get ahold of a low-cut paper trimmer option. What is out there I may not be thinking of? Needs to handle 19x25 sheets max. I dont do large quantities so even something that does a few sheets at a time is ok.

We have a rototrim and it's excellent.

Yeah a rototrim, a little pricier but another option I used for years to good effect, was an old manual foot treadle sheetmetal guillotine.
