Bella Canvas discharge chart
« on: May 01, 2018, 11:16:09 AM »
I thought I remember seeing that there was a resource somewhere of the discharge...ability of the different Bella shirts and colors.
I'm looking for this...in particular the 3413c triblend.

if one exists, its not easily searchable.  Found lots of stuff on their print blog, but no ratings charts.

Order a color card from them and put a drop of discharge on all the fabric swatches.... Run through the dryer and you have your own discharge rating chart on actual bella fabric

Good idea to be sure however........to take it to the next level, a swatch testing station using an actual screen/squeegee will achieve the best actual results that you will see on the print floor.
Overkill for some, to be sure. Just depends.

Just get a single colour screen with a grid pattern so it covers a bit of each swatch, Screen print it through onto the swatch all in one shot!

We have done this for years as well. Top of our list every year at ISS Long Beach is to get 3-4 of the new color cards from EVERYONE!
