Here you go!  The ends are metal boxes, 12h, 18d x 54" wide.  I wrapped them in 1.5" ductboard because they were pretty hot.  We are going to insulate the rest of the ducts when we have some downtime.

We paid an HVAC guy to do it.  It was easier to let him order the roof curb and have everything fabricated.

Now that's downright pretty...

It's 95 outside here. Biggest AC you can buy. Pipe it down directly on top of operators. Really makes them hustle to do setups so they can get back under it.

great idea, if we only could afford to do that...

I have a shop down south the swears by The Big Ass Fan .. just my two cents .

Um, since heat rises, and it's hotter at the ceiling, why would I want to push that air downward? Am I missing something? How does that remove heat?

I imagine it’s like most fans where in the summer you have it pulling air up and in the winter pushing the hot air down.

We just installed two 20” wall exhaust fans. It makes a noticeable difference.
Northern Tool.
Do they make a lot of noise?  I`m looking as well at options for a wall exhaust fans. Where did you buy those?

Not as much as we expected. You can have a normal conversation beside it. I think they’re rated at 77db.

I looked at one of those cooler fans but am nervious that the excessive moisture will effect the electronic boards of our carousel, etc.
They blow a lot of water into the air, we have one behind the oven.
At the moment we have regular fans aimed at the printers.
I read sometimes that people put Plasitsol in the screen drying room to warm it up, here the screen room is air conditioned and much cooler than the rest of the factory.
They must be in really cold places.

These seem to be better suited to more modern, or at least updated facilities. If we pull the heat up, it still has nowhere to go. It's looking like the through the roof option, though we do have one outside wall. Thanks for the input everybody.
