M&R Challenger III 12/14 and Sprint 2000
« on: August 08, 2018, 08:08:45 PM »
I haven't reached serious interest yet for our M&R Challenger III or our Sprint 2000.  We are in SE Michigan and both pieces of equipment will be available by the end of the month.  I just need to secure a tech to help take apart and crate in crates we already have from new equipment.  PM me here or at digitsmith if interested / need more info!:

Prices negotiable.  Dryer has been running flawlessly, CH3 needs a little bit of work but boy is it a fast machine that can pump out tons of shirts!

The Sprint 2000 is sold and already in another shop.

Challenger III is still available - only looking for about $52K for it! It needs a little work but is the fastest press out there...

Sorry, forgot about this listing - getting the timing right with replacing a few more drop cylinders for the screens is the only thing I can figure slowing this down at all.  M&Rs newer presses have regulators on the back for those cylinders to adjust to get just right and lock in.  They also use smaller air lines for the cylinders - I'm guessing to prolong life of them.

Like I said though, we printed a ton with this press as our main press and made the press better through the years of owning it, just didn't get it to 100% as we didn't have down time to work on it.  We are very picky when it comes to registration, we weren't misprinting much at all with this press just took a bit of extra time to register before printing.
