I have a new hire starting soon, just want to check in and see what you do to train new people in the shop.

I need a printer so he is going to bypass the usual cleaning screens step.  Usually just have them job shadow a printer then have them work on 1 colour designs to get started.

What do you do that seems to have worked?

I would try to be as hands on as you can. You want the new hire to learn what you want to teach. Don't let them pick up bad habits from other employees...
When you dig grave will you make it shallow so that I can feel the rain?
