Flash dry and final cure temperature/timing

At what temperature do you guys flash dry AND final cure your t-shirt when using plastisol ink?

Currently I am doing -

flash dry: 2-3 seconds at 220 degrees F

final cure: 25-30 seconds at 320-350 degrees F

Any thoughts? advice? tips?
