Buying M&R Pallets from John-ibeinky in Digitsmith?
« on: October 23, 2018, 01:26:16 PM »
Has anyone ever ordered from this guy? He has a ton of sleeve pallets always for sale. They are $85 each. I am wondering if this guy is legit or not. He claims to offer satisfaction guaranteed. Just don't want to get burned. Let me know if any of you have ever ordered from this guy before.

He is a member here, and used to advertise in our classifieds.

Just ordered 8 sleeve pallets from him! Can't wait to finally stop using the manual for sleeve prints.

Wow!  :o
The mileage he is getting from this thread may give a hint at what he may have been missing with his absence here for the last couple of years.

Thanks, guys. Just want to say that I very much appreciate the confidence that each have expressed in our pallets (platens). Also, Frog, I am going to start posting in the classifieds again.

I would again thank everyone for the kind words.
After selling 4x22 sleeve platens for years at $85.00 apiece, because of large increases in our input costs (some components increasing over 75% and all of them increasing over 25% in the last few years) we have found it necessary in the last couple years to incrementally increase our prices. The 4x22 sleeves are now $105.00 each with the 5x22 being $110.00 each and the 6x22 being $115.00.  All components continue to be of the highest quality and American made. The adhesive and platen bracket tape are 3M products. The aluminum plate and aluminum bracket extrusions are 6000 series aluminum alloys. The platens are surfaced with FDA White nitrile rubber.
