Eric, it sounds for me that you are over curing the transfer is dryer like you said. Also keep in mind that most transfer powders a made to put on wet ink. That is how I have done it for year with no problems.


FYI I really like the white stuff.

Agreed. Most of the time we are adding in the hot melt powder (we use a poly urethane made one), however we've had really good results with the russell gray with the adhesion powder mixed in!

I just checked the One Stroke site, it appears they have 4 different powders. We aren't using One Stroke inks, which do you recommend for those? This is going to be for 100% cotton, and 50/50...
