ADE mesh guideleines
« on: February 27, 2019, 01:36:06 PM »
Anyone have any general mesh guidelines/experience for printing Nazdar ADE on glassware? My first print of white through 305 gave less than stellar (but still passable) results so I'm going to try out a 200. Was curious about other colors and metallics.

Official mesh guidleines for ADE Epoxy Series
Mesh
200-305 tpi (78-120 tpcm) monofilament polyester mesh or stainless steel mesh for most applications.

I'd suggest contacting tech at NazDar to see if they have recommendations as to whether some colors affect which end of the scale if at all.

I have used 230 for epoxy before with good results. I wouldn't even
try 305 unless it was very fine detail.

it's been a few years, but we ran 200 - 230 for meshes on metal and ceramic parts.
