For the foodies
« on: April 25, 2019, 05:04:50 PM »
Seafood pasta. I start with shitake mushrooms and onions in a traditional butter and olive oil mix. Once they are partially caramelized the rest of vegetables are introduced. Artichoke hearts, sun dried tomatoes, good olives and yes, stuffed grape leaves. Putting those on the side and after straining, I reserve the leftover liquid. The fish appear to like it. After all that, it easy enough to cook the fish or shellfish. Grill or panfry. To be sure a good pizza etc  will most likely gain some good results but the smells in the kitchen makes the girls melt.

Sounds wonderful but I would use shallots instead of onions. ;)
