Need to outsource graphics

We are really busy and our graphics dept cannot keep up with the orders.
I'd like to outsource some of our graphics.
Would appreciate details of who people or companies I can contact.
I'd like someone who understands silk screen printing, we have mostly vector files but I'd like to get it back with a underbase.

For vector redraws and cleaning up files try Ignition Drawing.  We've sent them everything from redrawing a one-color logo screenshot from a website ($15) to a 10 color low-res JPGs of a charging bull with flames ($125).  Sometimes it is not worth doing this stuff in house and they get it back to us in a day.

We do separations in house but when we get in a pinch we like Scott at Myseps, he's always done a killer job for us.

I do graphics for screenprint under my business 2 Birds Design Studio.
I currently work in a good volume contract printing shop and have been in the industry from folding shirts to customer service and sales to pre-production to design for about 10 years.
