Water filtration settling tanks
« on: May 23, 2019, 08:40:39 AM »
Who's looking for an under-sink water filtration tank that also acts as a settling tank.

I built one for our New Holland reclaim system and are now offering them to other shops that need one.

The Tanks are 36x24x18 (67 gallons) with 4 chambers using numerous mat filters to trap sediment in the first three using a down-under-over flow direction for maximum settling effect.  Final chamber is for a sump pump. Option to use the cartridge filters with stainless steel cleanable screens (available in varies micron sizes) after sump or discharge to drain depending on what your final desired water condition is.
Pricing starts at 1250 for a tank with mat filters and sump pump.

Cleaning is made easy as tank is on a wheeled platform. Mats are re-useable as are the stainless cartridge filters. Rinse the mats, wet vac out the muck every few to 6 months.

these are custom built from polypropylene and plastic welded, there are lots of options, even colors, you could potentially add or modify, larger or smaller tanks to fit your sink setup and even multiple tanks.

Contact me for details.

This is the one we built for here. Natural PP pre-formed, was a pain in da arse to put the baffles in as the tank was not so square.

The new tanks are made from 1/2" White Polypropylene, plastic welded and glued along all seams.
