I shipped my computer to MHM Austria, they checked and said there problem with the motherboard and the screen.
They had a second hand one it stock that I bought for $1500 that is being shipped to me today.
Hopefully this unit will be back in production in a day or two.

As I mentioned, ours is 15 years plus. Prints great, very, very little downtime.
