Wanted - Contract Patch Manufacturer

I wanted to inquire of any of the members here had a reliable "go to" patch manufacturer? We currently use Penn Emblem but they have become a bit unreliable and lacking in communication over the last year or so. We get plenty of unsolicited emails for custom patch manufacturers but rather than try with hit and miss, I was hoping to find someone that is happy with who they use and might refer them to us. Our patch orders are generally anywhere from 50 to 500 patches and we buy embroidered, woven and dye sublimated patched. All would require merrowed borders as we do not offer sewn edges.

Any referrals would be appreciated.
