Leather Patches for hats
« on: July 10, 2019, 07:02:36 PM »
Anyone willing to give up the secret for pressing laser cut patches on to hats? Are they heat seal or just fabric glue? What cut of leather is best for the process?

I bought leather from amazon, screened a logo on it, applied the heat backing used on regular patches and applique, it comes on a roll from Stahls, then cut it out with scissors. heat set and done. I sewed a few on too but you really need a post bed to do it right / easily....
