New Riley Hopkins junior
« on: August 03, 2019, 01:35:56 PM »
It is all I need but having issues with the set up. Mainly with the spring setup. The manual does not make sense in some degrees. A tight compression spring cannot be reversed in direction. It is either up or down. The manual shows it one way and then the other on the print head. I have print heads set for inspection however no leads just yet. It is brand new and well made. Problem is when the springs are attached the print arm hits the reg block by about a hair but it is enough to make you nuts as I cannot make contact with off contact. The screens will not register this way of course. I am no longer able to work on my car, but pretty good at press stuff. Ryonet may help but best of my knowledge they are a reseller. Contact to Riley would help if he is around he is an old industry friend. Just poking

Tony,

Ryonet is the manufacturer of all Riley Hopkins products, including the Riley Jr.

You can either pm me or post pictures here of what you are seeing and I can help you out.  If something strange is going on I can reach out to my manufacturing team to give you deeper assistance.
Been in the industry since 1996.  5+ years with QCM Inks.  Been a part of shops of all sizes and abilities both as a printer and as an Artist/separator.  I am now the Ink and Chemical Product Manager at Ryonet.
