The Farmers Market

I go there every other week when I need  tomatoes, potatoes and all. There is a man there whose name I might never know. He just calls me old man and I acknowledge, even though he has told me he was eighty years old and I am pushing sixty. We talk about peaches and the weather and state of current events and yes, screenprinting. The other day he looked me square in the eye and said "We are lucky old man"

If you have not figured it out, he was married to Maralin. We do not speak of that and it took time and effort to figure that out but sleeping dogs and all.

I post where it should be. Facebook sucks and it is not great when people criticize but it is their right. I respect that deeply. I feel that most of us are a creative bunch. I apologize if I have offended. I will go to the Farmers Market today, with the girls and ladies in tow. And I will teach Presley how to print. She will not give up and I cannot resist her enthuisasim. After all, I have new presses and she has her stool. The writing  will continue to confuse for some. That is the intention. Now I must visit with the Old Man. He always has much to say. Much about Marylin
