Wrinkly, creased dye sublimation paper.
« on: July 30, 2020, 07:07:36 PM »
I hit a rare, total brick wall today.

Dye sublimation, white foam front truckers.

We have likely imaged foam front truckers with dye sub numbering into six digits.  Yesterday,  I couldn't get the transfers to press without severe creasing of the paper.   Adjusted across a wide range of time/temp/pressure/heat press/amount of ink/paper but same issue every time, on every trucker type I tested.   Same story today.

Only use Epson DS paper, Epson ink.

Transfers perform perfectly fine on any other substrate, such as poly shirt fabric, all other settings the same.

I even left a set of transfers out overnight last night to dry out, same issue.

Somebody give me a reason to keep on living, haha.
