A friend's shop does. Very cool, but give yourself some cash and time to invest in it. Not really for mass production, but still really cool. And you have to do a hell of a mark up to make it worth it. Do you have any general questions I might be able to help with?

We do the full custom sublimated jerseys.  they are printed on roll fabric then cut out into the patterns and sewn together.  What are you wanting to know?

I have a friend that is showing 8 - 12 wrapped vehicles in a car show. They are all wrapped in Gardel (I think) designs. They are looking at doing matching shirts. Most of the designs can be made to look great with standardish prints. 2 - 3 of them will really have to be all over prints. They will be smaller runs of 100 or less. I don't know the budget.

local guy I know charges close to $50 per garment for full front and back. Most ppl don't want to spend that kind of money . . . Even if it gets cheaper on contract and larger quantities, I would imagine you'd have to be charging upwards of $30 per garment if not $40 to make it worthwhile.

Yes, we've won our share of awards, and yes, I've tested stuff and read the scientific papers, but ultimately take everything I say with more than just a grain of salt! So if you are looking for trouble, just do as I say or even better, do something I said years ago!

Thanks for the leads. I am just going to pass them on. I do not need to get in the middle. I will do the regular printing and let someone else handle this part of the job.

We got into importing all over sublimation from China about 18 months ago and it is now 1/2 our business. The trick is to find the right supplier who will do as low as 20 and can deliver in under 4 weeks.

We screen all overs up to 8 colors (depending on the art) - min is 144 though - still cheaper than dye sub though if people are charging that much for it.
