3D puff smallest line width recommended

3D puff smallest line width recommended. Say 1.5mm, 2mm ???? Why is it your smallest line widths.

You would probably have to test that out.
Make a few lines all different thicknesses and sew them out.

I'm guessing around 2mm, but I never had to go that thin.

When doing the puff on say Flexfit are using a 75/11 needle or a bigger 80/12.

80/12 for sure. Helps cut the foam. I am doing our first initial puff run right now. I noticed a difference between the two.

75/11. Never tried the bigger ones or ever had issues with 75/11
