with a shop like that I wouldn't move, unless you run out of utilities capacity.  I would finish out our basement in a heartbeat and run it all down there if I could.  The savings would be insane.

my 1 car garage: 8/8 chameleon w/air clamps; 8 ft Vastex EconoRed dryer; Black Body flash; MSP 3140 exposure unit...my washout booth is on the back patio (no pics of that)....one of my spare rooms in my house is my office: Homemade light table; Epson 3000; Oyo GS 618 Thermal Imagesetter; 2 laptops; two desk tops; one of my monitors is one of those Wacom 21" monitors you can flip horizontally and draw on the screen with a special pen. Will have to make 3 different posts...site is not letting me post all 3 at one time.

Mark your place looks very tight fit, but your making it work and that's all that counts, I would love to have more space myself to much show room not enough production room.

space is all about how you use it, and frankly, I am not good at using it efficiently.  I wish I was better, but I am a hoarder-lite.

Vinyl and computer area.
In next few weeks, I will be building a 5'x10' work table for bigger vinyl projects and soon I should be getting a 54" laminator.

Here is the shaky video of the area. So far, I have 900 square feet, when I ad that work table in the area I use for a storage (My wife does not like that idea) I will be using all 1200 sqf of my basement.

I have still to clean up a bit and put more samples on the wall, luckily, I have few Pierre's samples hanging so I could show what can be done with multi color designs and I'm kind of lucky to have him across town to outsource bigger order and orders with 5-6 colors. I would rather do smaller stuff while still in the basement, do a few smaller orders instead of one big one while is he working on the outsourced one.
