Our local Parks and Rec has some 3' x 6' black flags that they are looking to get decorated with a one color image, probably white. Most of the large printers that might have been able to do this in years past are gone, so I'm looking for recommendations. Hell, it could be heat applied vinyl if someone has a large enough press. Any suggestion will be simple passed along to the end user, thanks in advance all.
