Title: 3D puff help

 >:(Would the 3D puff guru's look at this and tell me what I am doing wrong. using ackermann puff 3mm, is all puff the same or one better than another. Using swf 1201 and SEDS 7.1 software to digitize myself.
2nd color is puff white.

The first thing I do see is the underlay for your puff. Way too much. Normally one column to tack down the puff.
What is your density set at for the puff? Can you post a pic of your sewout?

My density is .15mm to .10mm underlay is 30% set in with 1.2mm wide with .6 compensate. My normal is .20mm to .22mm.

I did notice there is no capping on the ends of some of the parts of the design. I found a video that might help a little bit.

In this video he shows capping on the ends of the P that he is working on.
 He shows more tackdown than I would normally do.

There is no need for it, that I see. there is one 2 places maybe. Jaw line.
