So, the Sportsman 2020 lists 20" print height, Guantlet 3 lists 22". Both take 25x36 screen which is the larger screen we use and we currently get a 22" tall print on our Challenger III. Can the 2020 really not print as high as the Guantlet 3 then? even though you have the same screens in there and same kind of holder, servos for the print head etc. I know it can print higher from what a couple guys used to post here about the 2020 but if it's not a full, easy 22" and instead using the squeegee straight up and getting the very most out of it, that's pretty different than our experience with the CH3.

Anyone here with a Sportsman 2020 care to comment? The Guantlet 3 I'm 'familiar' with since it will be the same as our current Challenger III.

I just got a 6 color sportsman 2020 from the Long Beach Trade show and I was just able to do a job that is 20.5" tall and I was using the regular 23X31 frames on 16X22 pallets.

Okay thanks. We would be using our 25x36 frames for the bigger print sizing but we decided we are going with 2 Gauntlet 3's :) so I no longer have this question.
Easier to keep to the same presses when printing with the larger screens.
