Title: Win 10 Filmmaker 4 users?
Post by: ScreenFoo on March 14, 2018, 12:55:05 PM
Anyone else getting random ridiculous errors attempting to do the simplest things?

Anyone know if there's still a proper dot gain curve to program somewhere?

Is no one else running W10 and FM4?
That would certainly explain a lot.

Still haven't found any info on why FM is taking gigabytes of memory or crashing continually, but I am still looking.

Possible an upgrade is needed.
Computer has eight gigs of ram, it takes almost half just loading up.

Seems like extremely strange behavior, before you add in the out of memory errors, lost bitmap errors, and old fashioned crashes.

I did exactly that about two hours before you posted this.   ;D

For reference to anyone else who may run into this, there was still well over a gig of memory free when FM started choking.
I'd also add that had I been paying more attention, I would have noticed the multiple minutes loading all that crap up...
