I got you covered.
Pantone has the right tool for exactly this purpose on their website.Using it for a while now.
Use this link
Oh and when you copy and paste the hex value only use the letters and numbers after the "#" otherwise it won`t recognize it correctly.
https://www.pantone.com/color-finder#/convert?colorSpace=hex&pantoneBook=pantoneSolidCoatedV3M2 (https://www.pantone.com/color-finder#/convert?colorSpace=hex&pantoneBook=pantoneSolidCoatedV3M2)
The Pantone color finder let`s you choose from several different color books, allows you to convert from Hex, RGB or CMYK values and offers a best match and then 4 alternative options.

Here you have another helpful links:
https://www.pantone.com/color-intelligence/color-education/x-ref (https://www.pantone.com/color-intelligence/color-education/x-ref)
https://www.ginifab.com/feeds/pms/cmyk_to_pantone.php (https://www.ginifab.com/feeds/pms/cmyk_to_pantone.php) (at the bottom, you have more color tools).

Another method: In Photoshop, you can open the Color Picker, paste in the HEX #, then switch to Color Libraries (Pantone solid coated), and it will give you a close match. In the case of color-critical matches, you'd probably be better off using the tool on the Pantone site. (I say based on logic, I don't know that I've used it before.)

Thanks I added this to our wiki :D
