Title: Poly Drawstring Back Pak 7/5

I have never had a print run of poly back packs.
But - I have 100 here that I need to print. Pink w/ black ink.

Any suggestions on ink? Low temp additive or a specialty ink?

with black ink you could use an air dry ink like 7200 from nazdar or anything for coroplast. Adding a catalyst will ensure full cure in 20 minutes or so. It can be a pain to work with though. I prefer to just attach a couple of blow dryers on the open print heads...

  Although NazDar 7200 says it is flexible, It will harden and crack when fully cured. I
would just add some Nylobond to plastisol for black ink. Being black on polyester you won't
have to worry about bleeding and the Nylobond will reduce the cure temperature.

do you find that Nylobond stiffens the ink at all? I remember years ago seeing a job that had gotten quite brittle. Perhaps it was way over cured, (or mixed in a bad proportion) I don't know.

Im running a job right now with Nylobond, and it does great.  Using regular plastisol with 7.5% nylobond.  It thins out our ink a little, but the opacity is still bright on a navy bag and 1 stroke through a 1150 s mesh.

I’m sure not all bags are the same.
We use nylobond and also drop the temp to 250 F to stop the cords shrinking because of the heat.
It’s not perfect, you can still scratch the ink off with your fingernail but it’s the best we can get.
I don’t think anybody washes these things, problem mainly is with rubbing.

when printing the ink its stiff.
