Matt Marcotte is a former production manager of a large scale shop in the Chicagoland area, Target. He used his passion for printing and training to help steer over 70 employees toward success and multiple industry awards. Matt is now a Sales Consultant at T&J Print Supply and consults shops all over Illinois to grow their business.
At PrintHustlers Conf, Matt dove into cross-training. He discussed how practicing this keeps your team fresh and challenged. It also helps with swings in work that needs completing across the shop.
