Title: Embroidery on J- america sherpa

Anyone do or did embroidery on J-america Sherpa, so far it looks as if I need to embroidery a flat layer first then do the main embroidery, right now we are working on a sample just to learn how to do it before taking the order.

wouldn't you treat it like a fleece jacket and just put that plastic down and emb over the top of it?

we do a ton of these. basically sew down a glorified run stitch the shape of the design but not just on the outline. sort of all over under the design. This mats everything down and everything sews down well on top of this. We have never had any issues at all. Attached a pic of a left chest we ran before.

Picture already posted of what to do but yes, a light 'fill stitch' to knock down all the fabric then sew on top of that.
