Title: When you don't want to do it but you do.
Post by: Dottonedan on June 09, 2018, 06:46:43 PM
I just came across this again.
For my separations business, I was given a photo of a printed tee shirt that I was to separate exactly because the customer had been selling this poorly printed and poorly separated print in their restaurant for years. My customer (the new printer) was asked if they can make it look just like the old one. (https://www.facebook.com/images/emoji.php/v9/f4c/1/16/1f642.png):) LOL.  It was sooo hard to keep separating it, knowing how it's going to look on a shirt.  I'm like "who'd ever buy that?"  I guess many in that area. It must have been one of those favorite places that have been there for years and carries some affinity. Ya never know what you might get.

What the heck, I replied with this on the Facebook page, might as well share it with the folks here (you did)

It reminds me of Arseface from Preacher

Mystery Solved:

It's not Dirty Girt, It's Durty Gurt.  I think it's one of those things where the shirt just HAS to match the serving emporium or would lose it's appeal, lol.

However, I KNOW you could come a helluva lot closer to the image on the emporium's window.  That shirt image from the last printer does SUCK.

hahahahaha arsefase. i haven't thought about preacher comic in years but the first 10-20 issues are classic.

they could have did better by taking a hi-res photo of the big ass sign in their website.
