How do you load film in an Epson 4800?

I feel like a complete idiot posting this, and I can't seem to find a youtube video. How the heck do you load single sheets of film (13x19)? I'm putting it in the top, kinda about the cover for roll media. Doesn't seen to be working. :o

I think its in the paper tray below.

Get the rolls! SO easy. Barely waste any film at all!

I plan to switch to rolls, but want to finish up the sheets I have first.

I found the user manual online. You are correct, you do load from the front. It's still not working. I keep getting "remove paper".

EDIT: OK, so the remove paper is from having check paper set to off. I fixed that.

Now I keep getting paper isn't loaded straight.

I've really never felt this stupid before.
