Tabitha regular is the bottom.   does the top have points on the sides of the letters?

The bottom looks like BrodyD, I've seen the top font but don't know the name of it Oh check out Playbill for the top it looks close

no points, looks like a college font but distressed (not a fill distress). Thanks for the bottom one though. Maybe someone will chime in

found it.   outlaw LHF(rough)   letterhead font
oh and it does have some points...
