Screen Printing Team Leader

Infinity Impressions, a fast growing garment decorating company in Beaverton, Oregon, is seeking a Screen Printing Team Leader/Supervisor. This position is responsible for overseeing print production, including supervising the production team. The person we hire will work side by side with team members setting up jobs, operating the presses, and ensuring jobs are correctly produced in an efficient manner while maintaining our high quality standards. 

We are seeking a person who has the following characteristics and experience:
-   Extensive experience in textile/garment screen printing, including operating both manual and automatic screen printing presses.
-   Proven ability to efficiently set-up complex print jobs on both manual and automatic printing presses.
-   Successful supervisory experience is required.
-   We are seeking a hard worker, who is reliable, is well organized, has a strong attention to detail, a commitment to honesty, a positive attitude,
        and who is a good team player.
-   Finally, we require a strong dedication to producing quality products every time.

The person we hire will be paid a competitive wage and will typically work Monday – Friday during regular business hours.

Been in the industry since 1996.  5+ years with QCM Inks.  Been a part of shops of all sizes and abilities both as a printer and as an Artist/separator.  I am now the Ink and Chemical Product Manager at Ryonet.
