file conversion help

Need some help for  someone I am trying to help please.
Competitor sort of of mine asked me to assist with a file. It is PDF and SVG but nothing I have will touch it. It was created on a Mac but my Pc's just don't like it ?
Files are attached if someone can bust this out for me I will be able to help (Cindy) finish her work.

Also, some times opening the PDF in Acrobat and saving as a PDF, over writing the existing pdf, works. If you don't want what I posted please post the PDF you have.

That's probably as good as he can get. What did you use to trace it?

AI CS 6... I am getting pretty good at getting decent redraws if the art is half decent.
