How do you store your squeegees  and flood bars when they are not on the press. Rack, shelf etc. Got Pics.

We store ours on a shelf. All standing up on the flat end.

In large shops we would make pallet racks on wheels. Also I've seen some clever storage where custom racks are built to fit under the dryer. Remember you want to protect the surface rubber. All too often we see pallets stacked directly on top of one another without protection. If too much pressure is placed on the aluminium extrusions they can ding the rubber.

after cleaning, we put ours at a slight angle, rubber up to drain them( a cement mixing tub works great)  after that we store them on a shelf covered in cardboard to absorb any leftover solvent

We just use table carts to store them.

We have developed a squeegee rack that holds 34 units against the wall. It's the smallest footprint possible and holds them safely and securely. These racks can be positioned as required for different squeegee lengths and different shop requirements. The mounting angles are 60" long. They can be posted on the floor - against the wall. Because they're long enough to reach the floor, the racking is extra secure when loaded with squeegees.

You can find them in several areas our website including ** Newest Products **
