Printavo QBO

We're about to link our Printavo account to our QuickBooks Online account, and can't seem to decide which Statuses we want to use to use to tell Printavo to export. Looking over some videos, we see folks exporting a few different ones, but have also found instruction to simply use a single status to do that, creating a new one with a name such as QB Export which when selected, would then put the invoice in the queue for the next export to QBO. This would be after it's printed/shipped/billed. I can't see a reason to use more than one, but I'm sure there some. Thoughts?
