At least this being a digital transfer rather than screen printing should make it a little easier to print once I prepare the art, eh?

Thanks, good info.
Another direction I'm now thinking of, especially since this will be digital transfers, would be images of actual tackle twill numbers.

Well, I ended up going the raster route, along with Power Clip and came up with this.
Certainly not really accurate, but I think a good effect.
