Opportunity is missed by most people because it is dressed in overalls and looks like work. - Thomas Edison
The screens and tables are level.
Quote from: balloonguy on July 11, 2023, 10:08:38 AMThe screens and tables are level. Please define "level" here. When you (literally) drop a level on the pallets, they are level front to back and side to side? That might be the case, but press "level" is a misnomer. Pallets need to be *parallel* relative to the press and to each other. They all need to be on the exact same plane horizontally. You can have each pallet level, but they each might be on different levels vertically. All of the pallets need to be leveled (paralelled?) to one fixed reference. Also, tighten EVERYTHING. Check all screen holders, micros, pallet arm bolts, etc. Sometimes a just simple jam nut works loose and wreaks havoc.
Glad you were able to fix it. Any ideas (from anyone) how this happened? Was it gradual or all at once?A follow up, when you can, might help someone searching the board with the same issue.
