Getting rid of the AI pop up box in Illy?

Is anyone else getting it?

I get it to go away only for it to come back again. 

Kind of sux I pay for this every month to be irritated by this. I can't x it out and can't move it and it's in my way.

Anyone have solution?

It's under Window < Contextual Task Bar

You can also click the 3 dots on the right side and hit Hide Bar.  Then to bring it back you go to Window < Contextual Task Bar.
