New Screen Making section
« on: May 20, 2011, 03:18:02 PM »
I asked for this section because the unique functions of THE screen deserve highlighting.

Positives, stretching, frames, coating, stencils, drying, exposure (underexposure the #1 screen making problem), cleaning, stencil removal and mesh prep just for starters.

This should be a fun section...

I'm a full time screen tech right now so all I do all day is work with screens.

I have to take some pictures as it's not textile screens  :P, these screens fit in the Saturn line of presses.

True - there is nothing more important - it is SCREEN printing after all...
When there are no standards, you must make them!
