i put our wb adhesive in a spray gun...won't do that again.  people get lazy with it and spray the platens every time instead of reactivating the adhesive.

nice press btw.  that looks like a serious machine...the are probably sending you stock photos they have so you will send them money. ;)

We better not see a can of spray tac within 500 yards of that baby!

Went out and bought some ketchup bottles, and scrub pads the other day! Going to start putting that gallon of WB adhesive to work!

Remember to reactivate (usually once a day) with water and a stiff bristle brush. Place cardboard under platens.

Did the same thing, in a paint spray gun, not so good. :o

Your last thought was quite comforting though, thanks for that :P

I wet a scrub brush to wipe and reactivate the glue on our platens, and the brush picks up all the lint and junk left from the shirts, you can just pick it off and toss in the trash.

I believe those are 24 by 38, or 60x95 cm. Those aren't/wouldn't be the standard size. standard is 16x24 (41x62cm). Actually I just looked at the other pics I have and the 20x28 flash is sitting over the board and looks to be that size. So I guess I don't know what size those are, thought they were the big ones, but maybe not

Those would most likely be for high volume cut piece programs. Still very popular offshore.

24 inch wide that is a monster. I am working on making my MHM able to print up to 20 inches wide. That is one of my goals since I have discharge figured out and working well.

I have a 10 color e-type. Standard is 16 inch wide pallets. Largest I hace done is 15.5 wide by I think 20. I know guys are doing 20 wide by 24 on e-types. They are great presses. Very easy to run and everything is well thought out. I am excites to see the Srough. I think it has similar stuff.

I only have the standard and sleeve so I don't have much to store. I always store them with the pallet tape on them face to face in pairs this way you can't dent the face. They (honeycomb pallets) are stronger then you think but at their price you want to be very careful with them. I have plans to make a rolling cart to but them in but I can't find the time.

I have to find something, space is going to be tight with that press and need to find a way to store my pallets. I have 4 sets to worry about plus some over size ones. 50 pallets to find storage for...think i'm in trouble

You must do alot of special sizes. I use my 16 inch ones on everything.
