Perfect!   I'm sure that is the bolt!  Now to also get those sleeves that slip over the bolts a qtr of the way that protect the pallet sleeve from crushing around it.

I would think a local, small machine shop could cut something like that for you out of some scrap. We had someone make some out of aluminum for us years ago. You know, some solid round stock, cut to length and drilled out. Even a non-machinist with a hacksaw, file and drill press...
