Any dog owners??

I have had three renters next door to me. All three moved in and released their cats at night to roam about. I warned all three that if they go in my yard my dog will dispatch them. All three were shocked when my dog killed their cats. All three called the police all three were told they violated the law by not controlling their animal and all three were told provide my their cats shot records. I would imagine your neighbor was the negligent one by not controlling her dog so you would be fine. Your dog was secured in its yard and its reasonable to believe you did not bate or entice the other animal into your yard. Strong fences make strong neighbors lol

The only thing I see is if it a community owned fence. You own half and your neighbor the other type deal. HOA's have some pretty stupid rules and stipulations so I would revert back to looking at the rules on fencing and whether or not it is split up.
