this is in no way a complex design, but this is our first time doing HSA on these slipmats. 100% polyester felt. Not really the easiest to print on. Super super nappy. Not everyone is perfect, but almost. We'll have it dialed in within the next two jobs!

Here's one we did you a contract client yesterday.  DC UB + CMYK 50LPI.  In house seps.  Shown on a random Anvil test tee. Actual run was on Gildan 2000.
His chin turned out a bit more yellow than I'd have preferred, but overall we were pretty happy with it.

Yes, we've won our share of awards, and yes, I've tested stuff and read the scientific papers, but ultimately take everything I say with more than just a grain of salt! So if you are looking for trouble, just do as I say or even better, do something I said years ago!

@King very nice print, people of color like myself are hard to dial in because of our skin tone, and yeah if you could have pulled the yellow back from the chin you'd be 100% instead of 99.99% again nice print.  P you do nice work can't say anything bad about that print, I'm thinking that's for a video game.

I hardly ever get a chance to post anything here and most everything I see posted here makes this pale in comparison.  Anyway here is one I printed today.  It was a scanned drawing with a white background.  It reminded me that my photoshop skills need improvement something severe.  The 1st pic is the original and the 2nd is the print.

Pierre that's a bada?? print.  I don't see how it's possible to look better in person.

They are all nice, better than I could do, but the Sam Chatmon is awesomely nice.

Thanks Screen!

Here is another that we printed today.  Very simple to print and a great design from Brandt at Graphic Disorder.  Only 3 colors and still cool looking.  Anyone needing some design work should definitely shoot him an email  We did have a designer that would send us generic designs that not only were hard to print especially wet on wet because of the solid fills that would create a 10 lb shirt. She would try to compensate for ugly by adding more colors.  I had to show her this shirt and tell her that this is what I call a design and that it didn't require 10 colors.  The customer still loved it.

Serj, dude that is freaking incredible.  How you pull off 90 lpi is beyond me.  If I tried there would be moire all over the place.

Serj, dude that print looks more like a painting than a screen printed shirt, I've seen a lot of killer prints by some of the worlds best on-line and in person and your heads above them, you really need to teach a few classes 8)
